With this Shinco SDZ-12D dehumidifier, you’ll have the opportunity to not only improve your family’s health, but their comfort levels too. This efficient portable unit operates quietly on 2 fan speeds (high/low) in rooms up to 20㎡. This unit has an auto-restart program and a smart dehumidifying function that allows the unit to automatically control humidity by factoring in ambient room temperature. The automatic de-icing system ensures the coils are always ice-free while the low temperature feature allows the system to continue to operate at temperatures as low as 41°F (5°C). Cleaning comes with ease due to the removable air filter and direct-drain system. It’s very light that make it easy and convenient to move the unit from one room to another, and runs on environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant, so you can sleep well knowing it isn’t harming the ozone layer.

    I am very impressed with this dehumidifier, it is lightweight and easy to carry, when turned on it isn’t noisy (makes a quiet, low hum, quieter than a fan). Construction looks strong and sturdy, comes with an instruction manual and it is very easy to operate (plug it in, turn it on).
    I bought this dehumidifier to make my room less stuffy and since using it I’ve been so pleasantly surprised by the difference it made.

    We had a bad ceiling mould problem in 2 bedrooms on the southern side of the house, to the point where we would wake up with condensation running down the windows. I seriously doubted that this unit would be up to such a big task but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. There’s been no further moisture on the windows since we started using it. Its quiet and easy to empty. Would definitely recommend.
